What is the shelf life of Eat-Meal products?
Up to 12 months. They remain fresh and safe for up to a year, even without refrigeration.
Do the meals and gravies need refrigeration or a cold chain?
No. They store at room temperature, so there is no cold chain. They are easy to store and transport, which saves on logistics and storage costs.
Do Eat-Meal products contain preservatives?
No. All of our gravies are made without preservatives.
How do I prepare Eat-Meal meals and gravies?
The ready-to-serve meals just need heating. For the ready-to-cook gravies, add paneer or veggies, heat, garnish and serve. No chopping, no complex steps.
Can one base gravy make more than one dish?
Yes. You can use the same base gravy to create multiple dishes. Makhani gravy, for example, makes paneer makhani, shahi paneer, mushroom makhani and pasta makhani.
Can guests prepare the meals themselves?
Yes. The range is self-service ready for pantries, hotels and homestays: guests can heat and serve meals themselves using just a microwave or kettle.
Is Eat-Meal suitable for my kind of kitchen?

What is the difference between ready-to-serve and ready-to-cook?
Ready-to-serve meals, such as dal makhani, Punjabi chole and rajma masala, are complete dishes: heat and serve. Ready-to-cook gravies, our HoReCa range, are bases a kitchen builds its own dishes on: add paneer or veggies, heat, garnish and serve.
Are Eat-Meal products vegetarian?
Yes. Every Eat-Meal product is 100% vegetarian, across the ready-to-serve meals and the HoReCa gravies and sauces.
